Body Language

How you move your body affects both how people perceive you and how you perceive yourself…

There has been a lot of research done about how body language affects the way other people perceive us. Move like an confident alpha male and you will very likely have a very different response from other people.

New research from Harvard scientist, Amy Cuddy indicates that small, 2 minute changes in how we move our bodies, actually affects us even to the extent of elevating our testosterone (the hormone of dominance) and lowering cortisol (the stress hormone).

If you are a shy guy you might want to practice moving your body like you are confident and powerful. As Amy Cuddy discovered in her personal journey as well as her research, you can actually “Fake it until you become it.”

Make sure you watch this video all the way to the end and give it a thorough test in your own life.
